Are your handbags authentic?

Each of my items go through a rigorous authentication process through Entrupy's Luxury Authentication solution, a state-of-the-art authentication service that combines both AI software and professional authenticators to review each item. By using an objective, scientifically-proven approach, this service ensures that each purchase made through my store has been certified authentic. Multiple factors are taken into consideration, including--but not limited to--stitching, certificates, serial numbers, date codes, hardware, style number, quality, and other unique identifiers. Can I return or cancel my order?

In order to meet the current demand and given the nature of sourcing inventory, all sales are final. Please be sure to review all pictures and ask any questions prior to making a purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped via USPS. I ship domestically with standard rates applying. Shipping costs calculated at checkout. 

Can I pick up my item locally?

You may pick up your item in Orange County, California. Pick up is available Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm by appointment only. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please email cs@shopfashionica.com to make an appointment and wait for confirmation to ensure someone is available to deliver your order. Please bring a photo ID for verification.

Where are your products sourced?

I source my products from a variety of places that include local consignment shops, local vendors, and online third-party platforms.

How can I tell the item condition?

I strive to be as detailed as possible when describing my products. I am happy to provide additional information and/or pictures upon request by emailing cs@shopfashionica.com. Please keep in mind I specialize in pre-loved designer handbags which can range from “Like New” to “Fair” condition. The guide is as follows:

Do you accept payments outside of the website?

If your preferred payment option is not available on this website, I accept payments through Zelle or Venmo. Please email cs@shopfashionica.com to complete your order.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans can be coordinated via the Shop Pay function at checkout. If you are having issues with this option, please email cs@shopfashionica.com
